4) Product information, prices and availability
- The business makes every effort to present accurate information (images, dimensions, weight, metal type, plating type, stone type, care instructions, etc.). Nevertheless, there may be slight differences between the images and the actual product (among other things, due to screen display).
- Product prices on the website are shown in New Israeli Shekels (ILS) and include VAT as required by law, unless explicitly stated otherwise. The business shall display an all-inclusive price in accordance with price display obligations, and shall include any required taxes, levies or mandatory charges in the displayed price.
- If prices are displayed in a foreign currency (for example, for information purposes), the actual charge will be made in ILS in accordance with the clearing/exchange-rate policy of the credit card company or payment processor, all subject to applicable law and to price display and conversion obligations.
- Stock availability: displaying a product on the website is not a commitment to its availability. If a product goes out of stock after an order has been placed, the business will notify the customer and allow cancellation and a refund in accordance with the law.

7) Cancellation, returns and exchanges
This section should be tailored precisely to your product types (jewelry, custom orders, engravings, made-to-measure items, etc.).
- Cancellation of a distance sale (online/phone): as a rule, a consumer may cancel a transaction within 14 days in accordance with applicable law, subject to the exceptions set out in the law.
- Cancellation fee: to the extent permitted by law, the business may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction price or ILS 100 – whichever is lower, as well as clearing costs where lawfully substantiated.
- How to submit a cancellation notice: a written notice to customer service (email / website form / written request) including full name, order number, contact details and reason for cancellation (if any).
- Condition of the product for return: the product must be returned new, unused, in its original packaging, with its certificate/tags, and without damage, breakage or alteration, together with the invoice/order confirmation.
- Products that cannot be cancelled/returned (common examples – to be adapted to the law):
- A product made specifically at the customer’s request (such as custom-designed jewelry, engraving, a special size, or a unique design).
- A product that was damaged after delivery through no fault of the business.
- Return shipping costs: as a rule, original/return shipping costs will be in accordance with the law and with the policy shown at checkout / on the cancellations page. (We recommend drafting a specific, clear policy here.)
- Refund: will be made to the same payment method used for the transaction, within the period set by law / clearing procedures, after the product has been received and inspected.

- Repairs: the business may offer repair services for a fee or under warranty, depending on the type of fault and the business’s policy. Estimated repair times will be provided when a request is opened.
